• Service existing accounts – retain and grow businesses from existing set of clients, building long and short term relationships by providing excellent service standards

• Develop new accounts – proactively engage in activities to identify and develop new accounts, converting them into key accounts

• Actively generate leads, establish sales pipeline and manage opportunities towards sales and achieving of assigned individual sales target

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with all assigned customers, while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s internal organization structure, as well as the contact details of the sponsors, decision makers, influencers, and project managers.

• Be involved in the preparation of quotations, pitches, proposals and presentations to clients

• Work with internal departments and external vendors/channel partners in various projects

• Be responsible to achieve sales targets set by the management


• Min Diploma in any field.
• Good understanding of IT especially in IT infrastructure and cloud computing will be added advantage
• 2-3 years sales and account management experience with proven sales track record
• Strong initiative, team player and people networking skill
