CRM Junior Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible on customers data entry and management in the CRM system; To ensure the overall health of the data records by adhering to standardized data process and monitoring that other users do so as well

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of CRM campaign & activities that align with company’s business objective through marketing, loyalty program, before and aftersales initiatives to generate leads and to enhance customer experience.

• To work with internal or external team on system updates and modules add on (whenever it is necessary) and report generation.

• Assist and coordinate in marketing events such as exhibitions, workshops and customers’ appreciation nights.

Our Team

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in marketing, mass communication, business or equivalent.

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in data management will be an added advantage.

• Interest in customer analysis, engagement, loyalty and retention.
